When it comes to financial programs, we offer a breadth and depth of incentives.

When located in its Urban Enterprise Zone, our businesses may be eligible for below market rate loans; New Jersey Sale and Use tax exemption; tax credits for hiring new employees; and may be eligible for special grants for implementing specific hiring and training policies. To participate in this program, businesses must be a certified Urban Enterprise Zone Business by the State of New Jersey.

The City of Vineland also works with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority by offering the EDA's incentives to businesses which may qualify for their programs. Currently the NJEDA is considering changes to the Business Employment Incentive Program (BEIP) and any interested parties should link to www.njeda.com for the latest information. The State of New Jersey also provides an Overview of Financing, Incentive and Assitance Programs at www.NewJerseyBusiness.gov.

Real Estate tax exemptions on new construction and improvements to existing buildings are also available.
