The City of Vineland is blessed with an infrastructure extremely conducive to helping existing and expanding businesses meet all of their electric, gas, water and telecommunications needs in a cost-effective manner.

Public water is supplied by the City of Vineland Water Utility and is sourced through the 665 million gallon Kirkwood-Cohansey aquifer. The aquifer provides substantial excess capacity to support economic growth.

Likewise, the Landis Sewerage Authority with 10.2 million gallons per day capacity is primed for the future development of the city.

Vineland receives its electric power from the Vineland Municipal Electric Utility, the only municipally owned electric generating utility in New Jersey. The utility's rates are approximately 12% to 17% lower than surrounding areas. A new 100 megawatt combined cycle generating facility is being planned.

Natural gas is readily available through South Jersey Gas. And telecommunications services through Verizon are continually being upgraded to meet Vineland's growing business needs.

Internet access is available through Verizon Corporation and Comcast Cable.

The City's municipally owned industrial parks offer per acre prices significantly lower than most other Northeast locations. Similarly, Vineland typically maintains one of the lowest construction cost indices in New Jersey.

In Vineland, the infrastructure is in place and the opportunity for companies to capitalize on an overall lower cost of doing business is tremendous.
